THAILAND – VIV Asia 2025, the largest and most comprehensive feed-to-food trade exhibition in Asia, is set to take place from March 12 to 14 at the IMPACT Exhibition Center in Bangkok, Thailand.

This 17th edition of the prestigious event will showcase innovations and solutions across the livestock, aquaculture, agriculture, and food processing industries.

This year’s event is expected to surpass previous editions in scale and impact. With over 1,250 exhibitors from 46 countries and international pavilions representing key markets such as France, the U.S., South Korea, Taiwan, the U.K., and India, VIV Asia will be a global hub for industry professionals.

Among the confirmed exhibitors are household names such as ADM, Trouw Nutrition, Alapala, Alltech, Andritz Feed and Biofuels, Aviagen Group, CESCO, Famsun, Miavit, and Hendrix Gentics.

The show will cover a wide range of sectors, including poultry, swine, dairy, aquaculture, and eggs, along with advanced feed ingredients, farm management, and animal health technologies.

One of the core themes of VIV Asia 2025 is sustainability, with a strong emphasis on disease management, biosecurity, and regenerative agriculture.

Additionally, the show will introduce species-specific zones to provide tailored insights and solutions for different protein sectors.

Special highlights and co-located events

The event will be co-located with Meat Pro Asia, the leading meat processing and packaging exhibition, and Horti Agri Next Asia (HAN Asia), a new addition focused on sustainable crop farming and regenerative agriculture.

Meat Pro Asia will present cutting-edge solutions in food engineering, meat cutting, cold chain logistics, and packaging, offering attendees a deep dive into the latest meat processing innovations.

Meanwhile, the newly launched HAN Asia will focus on integrating horticulture and crop farming with the livestock sector, promoting sustainable farming practices.

Visitors can also look forward to the Aquatic Conference, a prelude to the main event, which is taking place on March 11 and will address key trends and challenges in the aquaculture industry.

Organized in collaboration with International Aquafeed, the conference will cover topics such as shrimp farming, aquafeed additives, sustainable nutrition, and disease management.

According to Severina Proskurnova, the aquatic sector lead at VNU Europe, this event will strengthen connections between research and industry, fostering innovation in seafood farming.

Another major highlight is the introduction of AgriBITs, a new initiative focusing on agrifood digital transformation.

Held on March 13-14 at the Food Tech Transition Square, AgriBITs will showcase the latest advancements in AI, automation, and biotechnology in agriculture.

Natalie Taylor, AgriBITs project manager, emphasised these sessions’ importance in shaping the agrifood industries’ future.

Knowledge exchange and networking opportunities

VIV Asia 2025 will feature over 150 seminars led by 300 industry experts, covering crucial topics such as livestock disease prevention, food safety, aquafeed extrusion, biosecurity, and sustainable farming practices.

Guided tours across five core areas—swine, poultry, aquaculture, food processing, and agriculture—will offer attendees a firsthand look at industry advancements. Networking events will further enhance opportunities for professionals to connect and collaborate.

The event comes at a pivotal time for the Asia-Pacific animal protein market, which is projected to grow from US$2.97 billion in 2025 to US$3.92 billion by 2030, at a CAGR of 5.72%, according to Mordor Intelligence.

With the rising demand for animal protein and evolving sustainability requirements, VIV Asia 2025 will provide the ideal platform for industry stakeholders to explore the latest innovations and forge strategic partnerships.
