EUROPE – Renowned feed additives manufacturer Anpario plc has proudly announced the EU organic approval for its flagship product, Orego-Stim® Plus, an oregano essential oil-based feed additive designed for livestock production.
This significant milestone was achieved through the rigorous certification process by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL Germany and Demeter International, ensuring compliance with stringent EU regulations.
With this approval, Orego-Stim Plus is now available to support organic producers in optimizing livestock production.
Sarah Osborne, Corporate Development Director at Anpario, emphasized Orego-Stim Plus’s value to organic farming operations.
“Organic production across Europe continues to grow at 5-8% per year and is fast approaching half a million organic producers. The approval of Orego-Stim Plus is a testament to its quality and effectiveness. It adds to the already recognized products in the Orego-Stim range by Organic Farmers & Growers and FiBL in Switzerland and Austria for use in all livestock species.
Osborne highlighted the product’s global reputation for promoting animal health and production by enhancing gut health in food-producing animals.
